Second Problem: Every time I initiate an FTP update on my server the FVX538 craps out. The unit loses its internet connection and does not reset itself for up to 15 minutes or until I reboot the Netgear unit. I have taken this problem to Netgear support but there is no resolution to date and my last support request was 3/1/2011
