I would suggest you contact NEi Software directly if you need a copy of NEi Nastran, they may be able to assist. As your reseller mentioned Autodesk Nastran is a new/different product, however it would only be available in your Autodesk account if you purchased Autodesk Nastran.

With NEi Nastran one was able to set up FEMAP to push to directly to that package, how can one set up FEMAP to work the same with Autodesk Nastran? In order to get FEMAP to point to Autodesk Nastran one needs to modify a few system environment variables. Administrative privilege levels will be needed for this task.
