lets not just lie down and accept this we need controller support we can't toggle through our bag or anything for that mater we need to use analog as a mouse that is far two hard we need back bummer support to toggle through weapons armor junk and so on the fact that they are releasing this game for the xbox one and are not going to implement controller support on pc is a joke!!!

I haven't tried an ESO controller addon since a few weeks after launch (I played for about 6 weeks, and enjoyed the game). Are there any options you would suggest? I use a logitech F710 gamepad if that helps. I'd love to play again, but controller support for the PC is a deal breaker for me.

Mar 01, 2015 · Any of a number of commercially available emulators will allow you to use a controller, however ESO does not officially support controllers for PC and Mac at this time. That said, we are looking to add this functionality in the future and are currently in the early stages of adding PC support for gamepad input.

Jan 29, 2014 · I created a mapped controller profile for Pinnacle, waiting to hear back from ESO support to see if I can upload it to Pinnacle Game Profiler. There will be no controller support for the PC version as I was told by ESO Support.

When native controller support is done right, or when a pc game is made for consoles, the User Interface is typically altered in such a way that it is easier to navigate with controller joysticks. So that you get the same game with two very different looking UI's.

Oct 14, 2018 · Controller is just not compatible with Requirements. You need 10 Base buttons,1-5 Profession Based Buttons, 1 Action Button, 1 Dodge and whole lots of Miscellanious buttons, to press. I know of no Controller that has the capabillites to do that, but if you have one, let me know which one, cuase that would be quite Cool.

A: Stratejacket Controller Support is designed with an easy to use UI in mind as well as simliar controls to that of other Elder Scrolls games like Skyrim. It is also designed for the simplest and easiest to use configuration so that using a controller is a viable solution. I have seen other configurations that are very poorly thought out.

Actually that's a huge misconception. It's rare these days for a new AAA game to come out and not have ps4 native controller support. skyrim special edition and fallout 4 have it but don't change icons. So does fallout 76 as well as witcher 3, literally every ubisoft game from unity and newer.

Hell, even Bethesda added controller support in ESO already. And works surprisingly well. Even Blizzard's own Overwatch has native controller support on PC. Just having the option is never a bad thing even though I think it's vastly inferior for a FPS. Diablo is actually pretty viable on controller though.

I use an Xbox one windows gamepad on pc for ESO. When my batteries die and I have to use the Keyboard and mouse setup until I find batteries, I die a little inside again. I played the game since launch before they had controller support and tolerated the keyboard and mouse for about a week.
