May 03, 2011 · The only NAS solution that will support NTFS as its native local file system windows storage server (i don't recommend trying to build a WSS just for home use). A better solution is to use a NAS along with a solid backup solution something as easy as a regular Rsync should be fine.

Oct 10, 2016 · Hi, trying with no success to convert two 2.5tb WD hard drive in ntfs. Tried with many tools but nothing. When I get the drives out from the nas and plug them to a windows system, under disk management, I see 5 partitions.
