Jan 19, 2020 · Are NPAPI Plugins still compatible with Internet Explorer With Google recently blocking NPAPI plugins in Chrome by default (which includes Java plugin), it makes me wonder what the likelihood is that Microsoft will block NPAPI plugins in IE - any ideas?

As per this article, Mozilla has dropped the support of NPAPI plugins from Mozilla Firefox version 52.Is there any web browser with NPAPI plugin support? I have to use a website frequently which uses Oracle Java plugin.I'm using Ubuntu 16.04 64 bit with Java JDK 8u121.. Helps are much appreciated.

May 20, 2016 · NPAPI PLUG IN FOR MICROSOFT EDGE I use Rogers On Demand web phone app using Chrome. I can't get it to work on Microsoft Edge. ... Well, the folks on the Windows Insider program have been testing a version of Edge that does support plugins, so that feature will most likely be available in July with the Anniversary Update to Windows 10.
