Sep 17, 2014 · I don't know if ePSXe even supports the GunCon, but it would be useless, for the reasons I already mentioned. I think the GunCon ought to work with the PS2 for games that support it, though I've never tried it. There's also the GunCon 2, which is supported by some PS2 games. No, you can't use a GunCon 1 or 2 with a PS3.

Jul 18, 2013 · This is a fun game if you can find any Namco GunCon light guns that actually work. Ours failed and we purchased two on line to use with "Time Crises" for PlayStation 1 and 2. Unfortunately, these two were as dead as the one we had. The seller never responded to our inquiry, but Amazon promptly informed us a credit would be forthcoming.2.6/5(17)

Apr 04, 2015 · Namco has made gun controllers for the Time Crisis games (and will presumably release a GunCon 4 with Time Crisis 5 sometime in the next year or so), but those are meant for consoles and so some independent developer would probably have to write a driver.

Nov 13, 2003 · Guncon 2 does work on HDTV, but only certian ones. No Sony models are supported because they upconvert everything to 1080i and it messes with the gun. My Toshiba works great, I've been using this method (green plug) for a while since I didn't feel like paying another $25 for the Sony gun adapter shown on the back of the Time Crisis box.
