Mar 08, 2017 · Be aware that removing the Termination Date from an employee's card will not restore the entitlement balances. Go to the Card File command centre and click Cards List. Click the Employee tab. Click the zoom arrow next to the applicable employee. Click the Payroll Details tab. Enter the Termination Date. Click OK. Click OK to the displayed warning.

'Record the final termination pay', Step 7 says 'If you are registered for Single Touch Payroll click ETP Benefit Type and enter the Employee Termination Payment Additional Information.' My 'Pay Employee' screen did not show the 'ETP Benefit Type' button (the support note shows a screen shot of the Pay Employee screen with 'ETP Benefit Type' circled).
