Feb 27, 2012 · I now get the message My Oracle Support Credentials Not Set - You have not set the My Oracle Support credentials. Click the left link and supply the missing credentials. and when I try to follow the link and input my MOS credentials, it times out with a message 'Networking error: Unable to connect to My Oracle Support' thanks
