Mar 20, 2018 · If I get stuck at some point, or notice a base code bug, I want to be able to get on the customer support site, and create a new SR. When I was going through the registration process, for "MyOracleSupport", it got to a point, where it asked for a "Support Identifier". Nobody in my company remembers any thing like that".
