Sep 02, 2010 · Hi All, I have an open SR at oracle support and they don't answer anymore (since 10 days now). Can I escalate such a call to force them to react? If so, how can I do that in metalink? I cannot find a button for that... Thanks, Konrad

Step 2 – Initiate Escalation: Here is my existing Service Request#, I would like to speak with and receive a callback from the Escalation Manager. This used to be called the Duty Manager 5+ years ago.
