My child support was payroll deductible. My case was closed, I believe 2004/5 but reopened 2012. My children are 32,30,27,22.5/5(140.4K)

NCP is still liable for the arrears until/unless there is either an administrative or court order saying otherwise (or until the SOL runs out).
