Apr 10, 2013 · Okay, so apparently by this time, you can safely assume I know that MW3 has no controller support. But wow @ the responses trying to assume I do not know the obvious, and yes OBVIOUS advantages of a mouse and keyboard over a controller for overall PC gaming. I did not start gaming on a PC yesterday.

What’s going on here?! Even old games offer native support for the 360 controller on the PC, Black ops did and now MW3 does not? I feel like the developers took a HUGE step back here. So it’s either the developers on IW and the modern warfare series are incompetent or just lazy that they were unable to place a proper support for controllers!

controller support for any PC Gamepad, Xbox 360 Controller, PS3 or PS4 Controller, PlayStation Controller, etc ... \Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 3" and you'll find your iw5mp.exe file there to launch your game via PGP. Link that file iw5mp.exe to the profile provided below.

This will allow you to use the Dual Action gamepad on PC with CoD. You won't need aim assist with this controller at all because it is originally a PC controller modeled after a PS2 controller. Any controller that is 'console like' (Xbox 360) will give you a harder time on the PC with the thumbsticks. I may have to start a topic at our site soon.

Download Pinnacle Game Profiler by clicking here; Install it, make sure that you setup your controller right and also make sure it associates the file extension, you will need it
