MN said I wouldn't need a baby bath, but my mum said I would, so I bought one. It's in the garden now - should have listened to mn! Anyway bath supports look much better - which one do people like? Mothercare have a few, any that could be used in the bath, then baby moved out while I wash my hair?

A toweling 'ski slope' type support from John Lewis, Mothercare or the like for around £10.00, and Ikea's baby bath - it is, from what I can find, the only bath that will fit the support in - all others are just too slim. The support will be the best tenner you have ever spent.

I'm planning on getting the fabric type support to go in the big bath. Baby baths just seem to take up too much space IMO. Like the idea of bathing with baby but I think the first couple of months we'll just be too scared of her sliding out of our grip.
