MSI not once apologised for misleading me, and gave me "take it or leave it" level support. Retailer offered refund or discount, so took discount to cover cost of sourcing my own bracket from another previous MSI customer that had same issue. Monitor itself very good, just specifically misleading datasheet and zero apology for blatantly misleading.

Who ever is running the customer support needs to get fired. He did not want to help me at all he simply told me no I'm sorry I will not help you with some attitude behind it! ... Calling MSI, (customer service out of the country), they wouldn't do anything for us even with us being a large consumers of their laptops. This is the last MSI laptop this company will ever purchase. Horrible customer service and they won't stand behind their hardware or company.
