In other words, the fact that a feature is missing suggests that something is wrong with your installation. However, since Safe mode improved the situation, you should also troubleshoot macros.

I have MS Office 2010 and today I went to use Word and started getting everytime I launch Word asking me to install macro language support, It was working earlier this week. The only thing that I have done was install and ran AVH PC TuneUp 2011.
