"The mounted file system does not support extended attributes" Workaround. This problem has to do with a missing end of file marker in a Unix file. This is usually a line feed (LF) at the very end of the file. Insert a LF at the last line of the file to mark the end of the file and this will let you check out/in the files to StarTeam via Samba.
