Feb 04, 2010 · Hi Charles what version of excange are you running? Have you checked Active Directory and made sure the users are able to sync with exchange through mobile devices?

I've checked the settings in EMC and the mailboxes are enabled for Exchange Activesync. I've even run the script to enable it again (successfully) in EMS.
