Re: "Sync Contacts" option missing from Google Account Sync Try to clear the sync data by Settings > Apps > All > Google Contacts Sync and tap on clear data. DO the same to the Google Account manager and once done, restart the phone. try to sync again. that should resolve the problem.

Re: "Sync Contacts" option missing from Google Account Sync I just found out that running "Google Calendar" app (download from Google Play) on my Huawei synced the "hidden" google calendar (look into the apps settings and calendars on the top left hand corner.
