Dec 30, 2007 · There's no reciprocity between Bermuda and MN. Deadbeat dad owes over $20,000 and hasn't made a payment in one year. He's simply quit paying. I've contacted everyone from state child support officers to our government officials. No one knows what to do, therefore it must not be in "their department". What good is it to order a legal judgment, if there are no teeth to uphold it?
