The mime content support is the problem as it shows as OFF. I looked through cPanel at the mime page and there are a million or so types there - but cannot figure why the install shows as off. Looking through the FormaLMS forums this seems a common problem and they seem to say that it is an issue that I cannot fix but something the host needs to have a look at at.

mime_content_type() is no longer deprecated, php7 has support for this function now. Earlier version of my answer: mime_content_type() is deprecated, probably because [fileinfo][1] can give you those information about the file and more. You can use finfo() like shown below,
