Aug 02, 2013 · I have the same problem with my XBox 360 (original model). So I bought a new(-ish) HDD, and I still got the Red Light and E68 code. But what's really interesting is I saw something on how to bypass the Xbox's startup (disconnect TV cable, switch on, wait 15 secs, then reconnect TV cable).
