For more information, please see the service pack policy here . The *product* in this case is Windows Server 2003 so yes, even with SP2 applied, support ends 7/14/2015

Further more, it has nothing but a review note that says, "Support ends 24 months after the next service pack releases or at the end of the product's support lifecycle, whichever comes first.
