Jan 13, 2009 · Since the upgrade I can not sync my Black Jack 1, to my Outlook 2003. I have instaleed and removed the Windows Mobile Device center twice. The last time I did a disk clean and defrag, with restart to be sure the old load with gone. I am still getting a Support Code of 0x85010014…

Nov 02, 2009 · Hi - any help is appreciated. I have an Exchange 2007/2010 coexistence. Everything is working fine except ActiveSync with an Exchange 2010 Mailbox. Both OWAs are working, as is Outlook and ActiveSync works with 2007 Mailboxes. When I try to sync with a 2010 Mailbox I just get: ActiveSync encountered a problem on the server.
