Jan 05, 2009 · Typically the Support Code is 0x85010014 indicates an error in Outlook. If running Office Diagnostics does not find and fix your issue, uninstall Outlook, reboot and then re-install. The error in ActiveSync is actually from the Outlook APIs so I would expect the Detect & Repair to find and fix it. Did this solve your problem?

Nov 02, 2009 · I have an Exchange 2007/2010 coexistence. Everything is working fine except ActiveSync with an Exchange 2010 Mailbox. Both OWAs are working, as is Outlook and ActiveSync works with 2007 Mailboxes. When I try to sync with a 2010 Mailbox I just get: ActiveSync encountered a problem on the server.
