Nov 04, 2015 · You don't say what country you are in, what network you use and what phone model you have. It has been known for operator-variant models to lose their message centre settings, you can checn by going Menu>Messaging>Message Settings>Text Messages>Message Centres.

Apr 05, 2019 · I am able to receive text messages but none are going through. It just says message failed to send. I have tried being connected to the wifi and without but I still have a strong signal. Full bars. I have tried restarting my phone and that did not help. Thanks
