Dec 30, 2019 · Since the recent Broadcom acquisition, it has become totally clear that Symantec Email Security.cloud services (MessageLabs) are on the way out. There appears to be no way to get a support person on the phone or even open a case online. Clearly Broadcom purchased the Symantec assets for other reasons.
