Manual duplex printing (with driver support provided) means driver allows you to print duplex BUT printer will print odd or even pages and ask you turn papers up-side-down then it will print even or odd pages.. Sep 17, 2007 · Yes and No. Manual Duplex means that you can simply print one side of the page, then reinsert the paper and it will print the other side. Usually there are either prompts and displays on screen instructing exactly how to reinsert the paper (direction face up face down, etc.) or some printers print out and extra page instructing what part goes where when reinserting.
