Nov 18, 2011 · (I did, they can't help & suggest I contact MakeMusic...) These problems happen with every score, also brand new ones with only a few bars and notes and saved with very short filenames. Finale can save as a standard notation file or as a MIDI-file though

May 13, 2015 · I continue to have crashing and other issues with Finale 2014 and I am waiting to hear something back from MakeMusic tech support. I have disconnected my second monitor as well as trashed preferences multiple times, but that has not helped.

Sep 27, 2007 · Get in touch with MakeMusic tech support. Uninstalling DOES NOT deauthorize... I've uninstalled twice in the past and have had to call makemusic to reset my authorizations since I've authorized, uninstalled, authorized, put in a new hard drive, installed again and then *Poof!*
