Aug 09, 2010 · Might be wrong though. That controller of course does support Jumbo Frames. Also, people have noted that the tech specs on the Apple website don't mention that the ethernet port supports jumbo frames on the new iMacs, yet the tech specs on the Mac Mini and the Mac Pro do.

May 25, 2019 · In Windows 10, you can enable Jumbo Frames through the settings of you NIC. In the Device Manager, you can select your NIC. Look for a Jumbo Frames setting. If it’s not there, your card doesn’t support it. When you select Jumbo Frames, set the size to 9k. Under Linux, there are several ways to enable Jumbo Frames.

May 07, 2008 · My MacBook Pro under leopard 10.5.2 is able to run with jumbo frames without problem on the same router, but the Mac Pro while it will let me select the jumbo frame item in the Network control panel, will not "stick" -- it resets automatically to standard (1500) or custom (1504).
