Jan 27, 2016 · We too are Office 365 members - level E3. We are set up in a Citrix/Terminal Server environment, published desktops only, and use roaming/redirected profiles - which by the way is specifically designed and supported by Microsoft. The problem here is that the password credential for Lync is being stored in a place it should not be: the Local folder.
