May 21, 2014 · H.323 is a popular communications protocol, but not anything specific to Microsoft. Microsoft did have a very old product called NetMeeting that supported H.323, but that has long sense been discontinued. There are a number of products that support H.323 that run on Windows 7, including products from Polycom, Cisco, Spranto, etc.
