I've been harping on the lack of LOTRO profile for 3d Vision for a year. The one time I contacted customer support about it they told me they had profiles for all the Lord of the Rings series video games, and didn't seem to know or understand that LOTRO was a great big successful mmorpg that is wholely unrelated to the Lord of the Rings series games.
