In regard to your QoS concern, the Upstream Bandwidth can be set to Auto or Manual only. Auto will set the upstream bandwidth to 512 Kbps, while manual only accepts values from 128 to 122880 Kbps or 1 to 512 Mbps.

Well the Linksys Router can only transmit the Wireless Signal.On your WDS Router, make sure you input the right wireless settings (SSID< Channel, Security Key) and the wireless MAC Address which you will find under the Linksys Router Status Tab and below click on the Sub tab "Wireless".
