Apr 05, 2019 · Just a heads up for those owning a Sony camera and use Lightroom 4, which claims to support Sony's AVCHD video format. There is an option to playback video in draft quality. If this option is not selected, the video from cameras like the RX100 will playback choppy or freeze up. It is found under View, then View options tab, then Loupe view tab.

For Lightroom 4 is a download for windows possible, but under the option Mac OS X, is just the possibility "contact support", and while follow all the instructions i landed here. So I ask here kindly for help, where i could get those file or if there is another option to solve the problem.
