May 31, 2016 · No matter what I tried (for latest Mapnik 3.0.x), I always got this message from ./configure:. Note: will build without these OPTIONAL dependencies: boost_regex_icu (libboost_regex built with optional ICU unicode support is needed for unicode regex support in mapnik.)
