Jun 07, 2012 · Sounds like you're looking for a network engineer there, not a level 1 tech. I'd think level 1 would be help desk questions, maybe some ethics and people-skills questions. Level 1 would be someone fresh out of school or with only a few years of experience, and I wouldn't expect them to be able to plan out a branch office.
