The American Association for Klinefelter Syndrome Information and Support (AAKSIS) is a national volunteer association with the mission of education, support, research, and understanding of 47 XXY and its variants, collectively known as Klinefelter syndrome.

We are a group of families who are affected by Klinefelter Syndrome. Some of us have sons who are 47,xxy - Some of us are 47,xxy (or other variation). Our support group was founded in Central Texas but our members are all over the map (400+ members in 25+ countries).
