Is it possible to change the Support URL for an App at any given time, even during App Review or after it has been approved without having to upload a new version or binary? I saw this link, iTunes Connect App Properties , it says Editable: Unlocked for Support Url , not sure what that means though.

Visibility of the Support URL in the App Store. I have noticed that the Support URL that we provide as part of the Metadata in iTunes Connect is easily visible when visitng an app on iTunes Website on a PC browser, however when visitng an app in the App Store on an iPhone the Support URL can not be seen.
