Nov 27, 2019 · Tech Support America a scam! I received call from" Tech Support America" claiming to be the new support arm for Microsoft. Before I could respond I had already brought up a web site. Although rather amateurish it was there. The guy on the other end of the phone called me by name and gave my address as proof they are legit.
