Dec 12, 2019 · Support contracts are NOT required for Microsoft 365 admin center requests eg Office 365, Enterprise Mobility Suite, Microsoft Intune or Windows. Support contracts are required for Dynamics 365 (Power Platform and Lifecycle Services). You need the Access ID and a Contract ID for your Partner support contract, the first time you use the benefits.

Jul 08, 2019 · I can’t find any specific support statement from Microsoft on Intune VDI support (on-prem or cloud) apart from the announcements in various Ignite technical sessions. I feel it will work well if you are using persistent VDIs (domain joined dedicated VMs). But, you might face issues if you try to use Intune for managing non-persistent VDIs.

Aug 05, 2019 · Current ly we don’t have any announcement of the plan for Knox E-FOTA support by Intune, but I think you can post a ticket on the Microsoft Intune UserVoice to address and advance this problem.
