Jun 14, 2018 · Intermittent fasting is a meal frequency protocol and has nothing to do with whether you're in a caloric deficit or surplus. We only ask you to track it "per day" because your circadian rhythm (biological clock) is about 24 hours long, therefore you live your life in 24 hour increments, therefore it's easiest to track "daily" caloric intake.

Dec 18, 2019 · Since starting intermittent fasting I've not lost any weight. I make sure to eat plenty of good fat and high quality protein. My doctor suggested doing keto for one week on and one week off to see if it makes a difference. I think the most important thing is to eat good whole food and the same goes with feeding formulas.
