Jun 24, 2011 · No common language RunTime Support. This means you are not programming in C++. You're writing in C++/CLI instead. They are quite different languages; C++/CLI is more in character with C#. Visual Studio 2010 does not support Intellisense in C++/CLI projects. You need to use a native project, or live without Intellisense.

Apr 21, 2010 · The next logical step for us was to start converting the borland code to Visual C++, using CLI support when ever we needed it. Now, we are stuck with Visual Studio 2008 because 2010 C++ with CLI does not have intellisense support. Note that we are moving to visual C++ because of Embarcadero's C++ builder future uncertainity only.
