Hey Pete, thanks for the great feedback. I just installed 2017.1 EAP, but unfortunately got the same issue. The only thing that seemed new is that when I selected (by accident) the /usr/bin/ruby interpreter (the old version needed by the macOS system), it gave a message that that version seemed corrupt.

If I switch the rbenv shell to 2.4.1 in the Terminal, rails is detected. I have a feeling that the Run Anything prompt is feeding commands to a shell that hasn't read the rbenv environment variables and therefore it's not detecting the rbenv rails shim (command) that is being detected by the Terminal

I mean I don't expect full Rails 3 support for Routes, Mailer, Refactoring and so forth, but at least a minimal support for running & debugging apps and the console would be nice. We're having Rails Beta for about two months now and beta 3 was just released, but still no EAP with some Rails 3 support.

I have RVM, jruby via rvm and all the Rails bundled inside the project (mean RAILS_ROOT/vendor/jruby) From console everything works, but RubyMine cannot see Rails [No Rails found in SDK] (it sees jruby in RVM) The same with my another bundled project under 1.9.3-p125 Cannot resolve this %
