Nov 08, 2017 · You should enable the Intel TXT(LT) Support in the BIOS shown on the screenshot. TXT stands for Trusted EXecution Technology which I assume would cover the eXecute Disable (XD) bit setting. You may also have to ensure that Data Execution Prevention (DEP) is also enabled at the Windows OS level (should be under Control Panel - System - Advanced Settings, Performance Options).
