Install the Intel NIC driver.Ensure the "Advanced Network Services" option is selected, as this provides support for teaming. Go to the Device Manager. Right-click one of the NICs that will be used on the Team and select Properties. Select the Teaming tab. Select the Team with other adapters radio button. Click the New Team button.

Step #1 - Download Intel "ANS teaming software" Intel has this driver software called "Advanced Network Services Teaming Software" that allows NIC teaming; but as stated above I believe you need to have at least one Intel-based adapter (I may be wrong on this).
