Mar 17, 2019 · Hi guys, I recently started learning Photoshop CS5 and I am encountered with a problem which is directly related to openGL. I have an Acer laptop and it’s not so great but it has Mobile Intel 965 express chipset family graphic card (to be more exact: Mobile Intel Graphics Media Accelerator x3100).

Minecraft needs OpenGL support to run and the Microsoft drivers will not provide OpenGL. Only Basic driver support. I have 4 of these computers with Core 2 Quads @ 2.53 Ghz and 3 with Pentium D's @ 3.4 Ghz and I really do not want to rebuild them all to Windows 7. But as I see it Intel is the only one that can build a new driver for OpenGL.

I don't know what OpenGL version it supports because g965 isn't a GPU but a chipset. I don't remember if it came with different GPUs or not. Also I recall reading quite a while back that a certain really old Intel GPU had better OpenGL support on Linux. I don't know if that's yours or not.
