Feb 26, 2008 · INFORMAL support systems are generally families, friends, associates, co-workers, etc. They are not organized like the formal systems are, but they can "get together" to help when people need them... i.e. get together to help someone move, to "take up a collection" to help someone, etc. For a case study?
