RE: iDrac6 Express 2.85 Virtual Console not working. The issue may be that the server isn't licensed for the Virtual Console, because the iDrac will require the Enterprise license in order to use it. I get this from the first picture you provided, which states that the iDrac Express does not support this function.

Dec 29, 2013 · iDRAC6 Express does not have a dedicated NIC, but you should be able to share other onboard ports. Availble modes are: Dedicated, Shared , Shared with Failover LOM2 , and Shared with Failover All LOMs .

We just purchased an R330 with iDrac 8 Basic and unlike our other Dell servers, this version does not appear to include the virtual console function. Does this have to be purchased separately now?
