Starting from scratch on this 346. I have 3 73.4GB hard drives installed. When attempting to install Server 2008 R2. The operating system installs the temp operating files... it then seeks the hard drive to install the op system on but none of the 3 hard drives are recognised... can you send me the link for the 346 diagnostic tool in order to provide you with the diagnostic file to view
