There is no End-Of-Support date announced for V5R4 yet. Note 1 states: End of program support date will be announced with at least 12 months notice prior to the effective termination date.

IBM usually waits until 4–6 months before the stated end-of-maintenance date to make that offer. IBM i 7.1 still has no extended maintenance offering on the table, but I’d expect that to come down the pike in a couple of months.
